WHAT IS STADE HALL?
Stade Hall is a building just off the Hastings coastline, nestled between the RNLI and the Old Town, just a stone’s throw from our historic fishing fleet. It was opened in 2012 as part of wider development of the Stade area and consists of a large hall (8m x 14m), an office, and a teaching kitchen, the Classroom on the Coast.
HOW DO I GET THERE?
Stade Hall is situated on the seafront, and is accessible by foot, bus or car (see below). Bus stops outside are served by the 100, 101 and 321 bus routes. We are also a short fifteen-minute walk from Hastings Railway Station.
CAN I PARK AT THE HALL?
We have no parking on site, but the nearby public car parks at Rock-A-Nore and Pelham Place are both within walking distance of the venue.
There are also two parking spaces for blue badge holders next to Eat @ The Stade.
IS THE HALL WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE
Yes! The whole space is step-free and we also have an accessible toilet on site.
CAN I BRING MY BUGGY?
There’s plenty of room on-site for buggies and prams. If you’re coming for a show or an Early Years event, we will endeavour to ensure your buggies can be stored safely.
WHAT’S THE TOILET SITUATION?
We have four gender-neutral toilets on site, one of which is accessible and contains baby-changing facilities.
Where can I sit?
We have plenty of seating options. If you’re coming for a show, we have chairs and benches and, for those who prefer to sit on the floor, we have cushions and mats.
