We gather as a community to just dance our heart out ! An opportunity to release tension from the body while dropping deep into the music. A movement meditation that offers a safe and inclusive space to be yourself.
The 5 Rhythms Funky Friday invites us to discover our unique style of moving, the lyrical beats uplift our spirits.
