Practical Elemental Qigong is a modern evolution of traditional Taoist practice.
In this class we work with the four elements (fire, water, earth & air) as a clear framework for understanding the properties of energy, emotion and mindset. Rather than treating Qigong as just slow physical movement, you learn specific exercises that influence your body, your emotional state and your mind set from an energetic stance.
Each session focuses on practical methods to increase vitality, and strengthen positive mind set and virtues such as confidence, calmness and focus. I teach with a scientific approach and not abstract theory. It’s measurable change that will impact every aspect of your life.
This is structured training. You are shown exactly what to do, why you are doing it and how to apply it in everyday life.
